About Griffin Moran
The principals of Griffin/Moran have over 50 years of combined experience in real estate and new home construction. Jeff Griffin and Tim Moran first met when their daughters attended the same preschool in Alexandria.
What started as a friendship later evolved into the successful business venture of Griffin/Moran. Each Griffin/Moran home is decidedly different and unique, yet all reflect the context of the neighborhoods within which they are located and also incorporate the varied talents and skills of the Griffin/Moran principals. Visit just one of the Griffin/Moran homes and you’ll experience the expert attention to scale and proportion, enjoy the natural flow of the spaces, and observe the care so evident in the selection of materials and execution of the details. Give Jeff Griffin or Tim Moran a call to discuss building your dream house on one of their inventory lots or on a lot of your selection.
